My passion for computers begins with the OG Apple Macintosh and dial-up internet. I'm a first-generation millennial. Born in the 80s, I've witnessed the evolution of technology: the boom of personal computers, the internet, the birth AND death of the CD-ROM. Technology has always been my hobby and passion. Now, I want to make it my job. The reason? I appreciate the luxury of technology and want to design beautiful and functional web sites that keep people coming back.
When I'm not glued to my technology, I am a wife and mom of 2. I enjoy nature and the outdoors whether hiking, bike riding, kayaking, running, swimming, or walking. I am an avid environmentalist and animal lover dedicated to being a sustainable consumer.
I am a self-taught coder with strong skills in front-end web development and design. I enjoy making things beautiful and functional. I can build and design fully functioning web sites using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript languages
In my former life, I was an elementary school teacher. I am an expert in teaching & learning, critical thinking, developmental psychology, instructional design, data management, and community outreach.
